Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy in an in-facility setting. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver PT services across diverse care environments, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Candidates should hold an active PT license in the state and have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. The role offers competitive hourly pay and visa sponsorship options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a PT-related field is required.
• Alternative: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• If degree earned outside the US, evaluation confirming US equivalence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients across settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence.

Education

Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluated to US equivalent
