Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver in-facility physical therapy. You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a compassionate team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Applicants must hold a valid PT license in the state, have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or a related field with a PT degree), and meet U.S. credential requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
