Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to help patients regain function.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Rehab, educating patients and caregivers, and contributing to a patient-centered care model across diverse settings. A licensed PT and appropriate degrees are required, with opportunities for growth and sponsorship

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab director and team.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
