Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered physical therapy in in-facility settings across the nation. You will develop recovery plans, teach exercises, and work within a collaborative rehab team.

The role requires valid PT licensure in the practicing state(s) and a Master’s in Physical Therapy, with options for related degrees. We offer growth opportunities, visa sponsorship, and an employee-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s degree in a PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent to PT degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients and develop recovery plans.
• Assess patient needs and design tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver in-facility physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other caregivers when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
