ARC Physical Therapy+ in Missouri is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care, assess patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure recovery and well-being.

You’ll work with mentors in clinics, with 9–10 visits per day, engagement in IGNITE mentorship, and abundant continuing education funding. Strong emphasis on patient-centered care with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR system, database software, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine required PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and create a comprehensive program.
• Implement PT treatment program and provide essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers; ensure timely documentation.
