California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy in Concord, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehab and injury prevention services. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapies.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with PT practices and integrate new methods as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to ethical, regulatory, and company policies.
