Job summary

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center in Montoursville, PA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and regain independence in daily activities.

You will plan and administer treatment per established plans of care, instruct patients and families, monitor progress, and complete required documentation in line with policy. A valid state license is required; experience in skilled nursing is preferred, new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and functional training.

Responsibilities
