Job summary

WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center in Montoursville, PA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and perform daily tasks independently.

You will plan and administer treatment per a care plan, educate families, and document progress while meeting state regulations. New graduates are welcome; licensure is required and competitive pay/benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Experience in skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure therapy is delivered in accordance with the care plan.
