Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Alabama is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a nationwide contract therapy team. You will deliver high-quality PT services, screen and evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with facilities.

You’ll supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, assist with discharge planning, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. The role emphasizes ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a supportive clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
• Maintain active state license and stay informed on industry guidelines.
• Communicate effectively in English and uphold patient confidentiality.
