Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to patients in Alabama facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while coordinating with care teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, participate in discharge planning, and help grow the program through collaboration and continuing education. APTA education and valid state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience delivering high-quality therapy in clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management with facilities and clients.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs and ensure efficient resource use.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate to grow a robust physical therapy program and stay current with guidelines.
