Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team delivering high-quality therapy services in partnering facilities across Alabama. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, oversee PTAs, and coordinate discharge planning in compliance with state licensure and Reliant protocols.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing education, and collaboration with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
