Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in our facility network. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and discharge planning while supervising PTAs and rehab staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with state practice acts.
