Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy and build strong relationships with facilities and clients across partner communities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised PT.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments to ensure efficient resource use.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care per guidelines and outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state practice acts.
