Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; provide case management and guidance to facilities.
