You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge planning, and oversee PTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure compliant, effective care.

The role emphasizes maintaining licensure, staying current with regulations, and delivering care aligned with treatment guidelines while collaborating with teams to grow robust therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
