Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy across facilities, fostering positive relationships with partners and residents. You will screen, evaluate, develop treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensuring care aligns with clinical guidelines.

You will maintain licensure, stay informed on regulations, and collaborate with clinical leadership to advance skills and programs, while supporting diverse patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised PT.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments and group sessions.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
