Job summary

Vertis Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at an assisted living and memory care community in Naples, Florida. This is a Full-Time or PRN position with an exciting opportunity to help launch our therapy program in mid-October and to tailor care to residents in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist state license or license eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.
• Ability to lift and assist clients; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and create plans of care to improve safety and mobility.
• Provide skilled PT services and monitor progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as appropriate.
• Lead or participate in team development meetings.
• Facilitate wellness programs and community events.
