Job summary

Vertis Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at an assisted living and memory care community in Naples, Florida. • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC from ASHA or CFY eligibility required or pursued.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech-language pathology services and monitor progress.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
