Villa Health & Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dedicated care team in Florida. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement therapy programs, and document progress toward functional goals while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida PT license, current CPR, and prefers experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling to support patient care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Florida license as a Physical Therapist (PT) required.
• CPR certification current and active.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, and monitors individualized physical therapy plans.
• Performs patient assessments and documents progress toward goals.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with health professionals and staff.
• Communicates patient status and needs to rehab team and supervisor.
• Supervises PT Assistants to ensure quality patient care.
• Contributes to department operations and ongoing development.
