Job summary

Solaris Rehab, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists to support residents in premier Assisted Living and Independent Living communities in South Florida.

You will evaluate mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living, identifying impairments and safety risks to guide care plans. You will implement fall prevention strategies and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in senior living or with older adults is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents' functional status including mobility, strength, balance, and activities of daily living.
• Identify impairments and safety risks to guide care plans.
• Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory and ethical standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance
• Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans
• Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
