Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services to diverse populations, from adults to children in some settings.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehab, educate patients and caregivers, and adapt interventions to each environment, whether in skilled nursing, outpatient, or home settings. A licensed PT with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with relatedBachelor's degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-facility physical therapy services.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
