Job summary

OhioHealth Rehabilitation - Inpatient is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and implement a plan of care, and coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. You will document progress, participate in discharge planning, and guide patient/family education.

Responsibilities include supervising PTA staff, contributing to department quality improvement, and mentoring new staff while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in care delivery within an HRO framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio required.
• Driver's license if working in Home Care department.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care 90–100% of time.
• Evaluate and treat patients; develop and implement plan of care.
• Document evaluation, plan of care, progress, and discharge plan.
