• Licensed in Field - State of Ohio, PT1 - Physical Therapist License - American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient's physical abilities and functional status; develop and implement plan of care with treatment and reassessment.
• Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary team; instruct patient and family; provide information to physicians and staff.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs; participate in department quality improvement and meetings.
