Responsabilités

• Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better day by day; instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and post charges.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
