Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Under supervision, you will provide direct patient care and supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Requires Oklahoma PT licensure (or registry eligible), degree in physical therapy, and BLS certification. Six months to one year of rehab experience is preferred.

Formación

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification must be current before caring for patients independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
