Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Oklahoma is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy under the supervision of the Director of Rehab.

A valid PT license in the state is required. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Deliver PT in an in-facility setting.
• Collaborate with Rehab Director and healthcare team.
