Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time inpatient Physical Therapist at the Newark campus, a large campus with Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Treatment Center. Therapists provide care in ICUs, Emergency Department, therapy gyms, and at the bedside as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have an APTA-approved PT degree, CPR certification, and a Delaware license (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-approved school of Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate).
• CPR certification required.
• Current Delaware license or eligibility for Delaware license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in ICUs, Emergency Department, therapy gyms, and at the bedside.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan and implement PT treatment.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate graduate of an A.P.T.A. approved school of Physical Therapy
• CPR Certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $36.10 - $57.76

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
