Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time inpatient Physical Therapist at the Newark campus, the largest campus in our network. This role delivers patient care in ICUs, the Emergency Department, therapy gyms, and at the bedside, supporting specialty programs and a broad care continuum.

The position offers opportunities for professional growth through a Rehabilitation Career Ladder Program, with weekend/holiday pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate graduate of an A.P.T.A. approved school of Physical Therapy.
• CPR Certification required.
• Current Delaware license or eligibility for a Delaware License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in various settings including ICUs, the Emergency Department, therapy gyms and at the patient bedside.
• Provide inpatient Physical Therapy as part of Newark campus services and participate in the Rehabilitation department's multi-setting care approach.

Education

Hourly Pay Range: $36.10 - $57.76This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
