Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Arkansas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience conducting therapy and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed therapy and evaluation services.
• Develop treatment plans from physician orders and evaluation results.
• Conduct individual and group sessions and document progress.
• Communicate program changes to team members for consistency across disciplines.
