Easterseals Joliet Region is seeking an experienced School-Based Physical Therapist Coordinator to lead and support physical therapy services in a school setting. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about helping children succeed in schools.

You will evaluate students, develop goal-driven plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and oversee scheduling for evaluations, referrals, and screenings, ensuring high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based physical therapy setting.
• Current Child CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
