Job summary

Easterseals Arkansas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy and evaluation services in accordance with licensing board requirements. The role involves reviewing histories, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group sessions at our clinic.

You will document progress, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and funding sources while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas.
• Knowledge of best practices and interdisciplinary programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and evaluation services in accordance with licensing board and governing agencies.
• Review social history, medical records, and prior therapy reports.
• Develop treatment plans from physician orders and evaluation results.
• Conduct individual and/or group sessions at the clinic.
• Complete documentation and compliance with HIPAA and funding sources.
• Communicate progress and program changes to team members.
• Train practicum students as needed.
• Adhere to best practices and maintain safety standards.
