Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan, evaluate and treat patients in a clinical setting, both inpatient and outpatient. The role involves participation in established PT programs, patient care and education, and discharge planning.

Supervises support staff within scope of practice. Temporary license will be accepted; individuals with temporary license must work under a Supervising Therapist.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Doctorate Degree Accredited Physical Therapy program preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates and treats patients related to their physical therapy needs within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting.
• Evaluates and treats patients and establishes and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans.
• Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.

Education
