Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan, evaluate and treat patients in a clinical setting (inpatient and outpatient). The role participates in established PT programs, provides patient care and education, and develops discharge plans. Supervises support staff within scope, with temporary license accepted under a Supervising Therapist.

Required: Master's in Physical Therapy; licensure in PA; BLS. Per diem, rotating shifts, on-site care at 3401 North Broad St, Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates and treats patients within a clinical setting (inpatient and outpatient).
• Participates in physical therapy programs including patient care and education.
• Evaluates and treats patients and establishes comprehensive discharge plans.
• Directs support personnel within the scope of practice and works under a Supervising Therapist when licensed temporarily.
