Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to plan, evaluate, and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. The role includes participating in established OT programs, educating patients, and formulating discharge plans.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy with PA OT licensure, and a National Board Certification may be required. A Master’s Degree is preferred, with 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is preferred OR combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates and treats patients related to occupational therapy needs in clinical settings (inpatient and outpatient).
• Participates in established occupational therapy programs including patient care and education.
• Evaluates and treats patients and establishes treatment programs and discharge plans.
• Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.
