Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, documenting in NetHealth EMR, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Licensure must be active; degree required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards of practice and departmental procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for therapy services.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans and goals.
• Develop short and long-term treatment goals and monitor progress.
