Job summary

Regency Care of Central Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, organize, and administer physical therapy services in compliance with standards. You will document patient progress, develop treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or CAPTE-accredited Bachelors/Masters in Physical Therapy.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the employed state.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of physical therapy services with quality care.
• Maintain documentation and records as required by clinic directives.
• Plan, implement, and adjust treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Instruct and motivate patients in home treatment and rehab activities.
• Collaborate with therapists, assistants, physicians and other staff.
