Job summary

CareOne is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team at CareOne at Somerset Valley in Bound Brook, NJ. You will provide rehabilitation services under supervision, collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff, and participate in ongoing professional growth within our large multi-state network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current and Active PTA license within the state of operation.
• Prefer experience in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitation care within general accepted practice methods, meeting standards.
• Implements treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.
• Maintains complete, accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing records.
• Participates in in-service training programs and may travel to other facilities to provide services.
