Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver targeted physical therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with related bachelor's.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with plan of care.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
