Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility treatment, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy that helps patients regain strength and mobility.

You will report to the Director of Rehab, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor new grads through the mentorship program, and participate in ongoing clinical education to advance patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT related field with Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients in facility.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop and implement care plans.
• Report to Director of Rehab and participate in team meetings.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT related field + Bachelor's in PT

5 years of progressive PT experience
