Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and posture.
• Document progress and treatment plans per policy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
