Job summary

PT Plus LLC in southeastern Wisconsin seeks a Physical Therapist to help patients of all ages restore movement and reduce pain. You will work with a supportive team in a mission-driven practice focused on community impact.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, provide hands-on therapy and educate for long-term wellness, collaborating with families and caregivers to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience and a team-oriented mindset.
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate movement, strength, function and mobility to set goals.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction and education.
• Collaborate with patients, families and caregivers for goal achievement.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
• Document evaluations, progress and outcomes clearly.
• Stay current with best practices and pursue ongoing education.
