PT Plus LLC in southeastern Wisconsin seeks a Physical Therapist to help patients of all ages restore movement and reduce pain. You will work with a supportive team in a mission-driven practice focused on community impact.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, provide hands-on therapy and educate for long-term wellness, collaborating with families and caregivers to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients’ movement, strength, function, and overall mobility to identify impairments and set meaningful goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure success in achieving goals.
• Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Stay current with best practices and continue to grow your expertise through ongoing education.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Work Environment

You’ll have opportunities to serve patients in our private practice clinics across southeastern Wisconsin as well as in select industrial settings, always with the support of a team that shares your passion for helping others.

What are the Compensation and Benefits?

The base salary for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. There is a flexible earning system with productivity bonuses available.

The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p: No weekends. No major holidays! Flexible scheduling to suit the needs of the candidate hired is available.
