Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will help implement individualized plans of care and assist patients during therapy sessions.

You will discuss treatment with patients, document responses, and maintain clear communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff while operating standard therapy equipment to support outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
