Job summary

PT Plus LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Physical Therapist to help patients of all ages restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent future injury. You will work with a collaborative, mission-driven team in a private practice setting across southeastern Wisconsin.

You will evaluate, treat, and educate to promote recovery and long-term wellness, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • DPT degree required.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Heart for service, empathy, and patience in supporting others.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Clinical experience preferred, new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ movement, strength, function, and mobility to identify impairments and set meaningful goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure success in achieving goals.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately.

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Work Environment

You’ll have opportunities to serve patients in our private practice clinics across southeastern Wisconsin as well as in select industrial settings, always with the support of a team that shares your passion for helping others.

What are the Compensation and Benefits?

The base salary for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. There is a flexible earning system with productivity bonuses available.

The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p: No weekends. No major holidays! Flexible scheduling to suit the needs of the candidate hired is available.
