Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Physical Therapist II in Lexington to independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with functional impairments. You will supervise students and collaborate across care teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Physical Therapy; Doctoral degree preferred.
• License required: Physical Therapist License; BLS
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers; navigate web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients to determine appropriateness of referral, medical history, examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.
• Discuss findings and plan with patient; implement plan using therapeutic procedures and equipment.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient status and modify plan of care and discharge as needed.
• Teach patients and families; mentor students and staff in patient care activities.
• Support teaching, quality assurance, and research; encourage feedback and knowledge sharing.
