Responsibilities

• Administers therapeutic techniques and monitors response to treatment.
• Coordinates care with patient, family, physicians, and facilities.
• Adapts communication to patient needs and documents care accurately.
• Mentors staff and participates in continuing education and audits.
• Participates in departmental meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Ensures compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
• Supports discharge planning and patient equipment needs.
