Qualifications

• BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA Physical Therapy license.
• AHA–BLS certification.
• Minimum of two years licensed physical therapist experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve physical function.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with patient input and other health professionals.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress and discharge summaries in patient records.
• Provide education to patients and families and mentor staff and students.
