Qualifications

• BS Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of licensed physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve function and reduce pain.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes and patient input.
• Discharge planning and documentation per policy.
• Maintain accurate medical records and productivity metrics.
• Provide mentorship and training to staff and students.
