Job summary

HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist II to join the rehab team. You will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and execute treatment plans as outlined by the care plan.

You will delegate therapy services, educate patients and families, students, and colleagues, and engage with interdisciplinary teams to advance therapy programs. The role requires a graduate-level PT degree, state licensure, and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice in state.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
