Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program and eligible for state licensure.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification within first 90 days of employment.
• Board Certification (e.g., CHT, OCS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans per plan of care.
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for the PT team.
• Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues; contribute to professional development.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to improve processes and patient outcomes.
